Why should I use a Food Processor?

    Processing bread doughs. Shredding cheeses or vegetables. chopping nuts.

    i like shredding cheese in mine, making dough with a dough hook, making homemade mayonaise., there are so many uses !! its almost endless :)

    Blenders don’t handle chunks, espec like veggies. Blenders don’t slice or shred. Blenders only work when you use a liquid (this is required) and you want everything liquified (no noticeable chunks).

    It depends on the size of the food processor-some of them chop, dice, shed, slice, and make pie crust,bread dough.

    You can only blend in a blender which means anything mixed with water.
    A food process not only blends put chops also. I make my pizza dough in it…there is no kneading.
    I make breadcrumbs from any stale bread, rolls and bagels.
    I do my pesto sauce in it.
    Chop garlic in it. Make my mayonnaise sauce with pineapples in it for Cole slaw.
    It is endless, experiment.
