QA Expert asked:

I’m shopping for a Slow Cooker and a Rice Cooker. I’m not sure which brand or model is good out there. I heard Zojirushi for rice cooker is the best. I’m unsure about slow cooker.

Any suggestion help.

Thank you!

I love Rival for my slow-cookers, and absolutely hate Aroma for the rice cooker. I can make better rice on the stove.

I like my Rival slow cooker. Also like my Sanyo rice cooker.

Nesco for the slow cooker, You can get them at Qvc for about 40.00. The company has been around forever. They heat inside the walls of the unit not just on the bottom like a lot of them.

Slow cookers are pretty basic. I’d just suggest you get one w/ a removable crock that can go in the dishwasher for easy cleaning, and a heavy glass lid (not plastic). High, Low, and a Keep Warm settings are also nice.
